RETIRE HEALTHY AND HAPPY

Why do some people look forward to their retirement, while others dread it? How can we ensure we enjoy good health as we age? Is retirement a time to rekindle the romance in a marriage? How do we keep happily busy and active?

Questions, questions, questions. To help you find the answers are our guest speakers - three distinguished and highly respected professionals in the field of medicine and food chemistry.
