PROGRAM:

7.00am       Food Voucher Exchange Breakfast

7.00am       WARMING UP EXERCISE -  JUMP START FITNESS 

7.20am       GANGNAM

7.45am       Song Performance by ADFM PWDs and Caregivers

8.00am       Memory Walk – Flag off by MB of Selangor and Mayor of Shah Alam

·      2km for PWDs (Persons with Alzheimer’s/Dementia) to be accompanied by their Carers.

·      5km open to all participants (Caregivers & families/Supporters/General Public) 

9.00am - 12.00pm    
-   FREE Basic Health Screening for Seniors taking part in the Memory Walk.  Prior registration is
required.  Please indicate in the Registration Form.

REGISTRATION:

ENTRY FEE is RM20.00 / participant and open to everyone.  Each participant will be receiving the following items:
